Top 3 Best Remote Controlled Fans Under ₹1999 in India (2026)

A remote-controlled fan is one of those small upgrades that changes your daily life more than you expect. No more getting up from bed to adjust the speed, no more stretching to reach the regulator when your hands are full, and no more arguing over who left the fan on high. But the market for budget remote fans is tricky. Most options under ₹2000 either cut corners on the motor, come with flimy remotes, or simply do not deliver the airflow you need during Indian summers. We have researched the top remote-controlled ceiling fans under ₹1999 available in India in 2026, focusing on BLDC motor efficiency, build quality, remote responsiveness, and real-world air delivery. This guide helps you pick the right one without wasting money on a dud.

Why It Is Ranked #1: The Stardom Racer is the most sensible choice in this price range because it combines a BLDC motor, a fully functional remote, and a 5-year warranty—something almost no other brand offers at this price. The 1200mm sweep covers most standard Indian bedrooms and living rooms comfortably. The smoke brown finish looks modern and pairs well with both light and dark interiors. The remote lets you control speed without leaving your seat, and the BLDC motor keeps power consumption low, which matters if you run the fan for 8-10 hours a day. Stardom is not as famous as Atomberg or Havells, but the warranty coverage and user feedback make this a safe bet for budget buyers.

Detailed Reviews of the Best Remote Controlled Fans

The Stardom Racer is the most complete remote-controlled fan under ₹1999. It uses a BLDC motor that keeps power consumption low while delivering steady airflow for a 1200mm sweep. The smoke brown finish gives it a modern look that fits both contemporary and traditional interiors. The remote control is simple and responsive, letting you change speed without getting up. The 5-year warranty is the standout feature here—most budget fans offer only 2-3 years, so Stardom is clearly confident in its motor. Installation is straightforward, and the fan runs quietly enough for bedrooms. Some users have noted that the remote is basic and lacks timer or sleep modes, but for the price, the core performance is solid.

The Longway Aero is the most energy-efficient fan in this list. It carries a BEE 5-star rating, which means it meets the highest standards for power efficiency in India. The BLDC motor delivers strong airflow at 1200mm sweep, and the anti-dust coating on the blades helps keep maintenance low. The remote control is straightforward and works without any lag. The ivory finish is neutral and fits most ceilings. The 3-year warranty is decent, though not as long as Stardom's. One thing to note: the Longway Aero is listed at just under ₹2000 on most platforms, but prices fluctuate. If you catch it on a deal, it is excellent value.

The BloomBerg Safari is for buyers who want a modern-looking fan with a remote and a 28W BLDC motor. The design is clean and contemporary, making it a good fit for newly renovated rooms or apartments with a modern aesthetic. The remote control lets you adjust speed from anywhere in the room. The BLDC motor keeps power consumption at 28W, which is on par with the best in this segment. Air delivery is good for a 1200mm fan, and the motor runs smoothly without much noise. The main caveat is that BloomBerg is not as widely reviewed as Stardom or Longway, so long-term reliability data is limited. Buy from a seller with a clear return policy.

What to Look for When Buying a Remote Controlled Fan Under ₹1999 in India

• BLDC Motor vs Induction Motor: A BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor consumes up to 65% less electricity than a traditional induction motor. At full speed, a BLDC fan draws around 28W–35W, while an induction fan draws 70W–80W. Over a year, this difference shows up clearly on your electricity bill. All three fans in this list use BLDC motors.
• Remote Functionality and Range: Not all remotes are equal. Check whether the remote controls only speed or also includes timer, sleep mode, and boost functions. Also, consider the remote's range and whether it needs direct line-of-sight. The Longway Aero and Stardom Racer both offer standard speed control with a reliable IR remote.
• Sweep Size and Room Size: A 1200mm (48-inch) sweep is the standard for Indian bedrooms and living rooms up to 150 square feet. If your room is larger, you may need a 1400mm fan. All three fans here are 1200mm, which suits most homes.
• Warranty and After-Sales Support: BLDC fans have electronic components that can fail. A longer warranty gives you peace of mind. Stardom offers 5 years, Longway offers 3 years, and BloomBerg's warranty terms should be checked before purchase. Always buy from a seller with a clear return and replacement policy.

Which Remote Controlled Fan Should You Buy?

If you want the longest warranty and a reliable BLDC motor, choose the Stardom Racer—the 5-year warranty makes it the safest bet under ₹1999. For the best energy efficiency with a BEE 5-star rating, the Longway Aero is the clear winner. And if you want a modern-looking fan with low power consumption, the BloomBerg Safari is worth considering, provided you check the seller's return policy. All three fans use BLDC motors, so your electricity bill will stay low regardless of which one you pick.
